Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after the designated time. Enter the provided code to unlock the door.
  • This unit is located in Building 3 on the 7th floor.
  • Before sharing check-in info, you must fill out and sign the rental agreement once your booking is confirmed.

Property Access

  • All buildings at the resort feature elevators for accessibility. Units are wheelchair accessible.
  • Public parking and a trolley stop at the bottom of the hill provide access to attractions in Pigeon Forge for a fee of $0.50.

Policies and Rules

  • GUEST MAKING RESERVATION MUST BE 23 OR OLDER
  • Family groups only. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund.
  • ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES
  • Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies and directly adjacent to buildings.
  • No fireworks of any kind are allowed.
  • NO PETS ALLOWED (Resort Policy)
  • NO SMOKING INSIDE CONDO
  • The resort is pet-free, smoke-free, and prohibits trailers.
  • Trailer or car hauler parking is strictly prohibited; alternative arrangements can be coordinated through property management.
  • The Premises shall be used only for residential purposes and for no other purpose. No animals are allowed.
  • Tenant must observe and comply with all restrictions, laws, and ordinances affecting the Premises.
  • No use shall be made of the Premises or acts done which will increase the insurance rate or cause cancellation of any policy covering the Premises.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization if smoking in the property is detected.

Fees and Payments

  • $250 security deposit will be temporarily held on your credit card for any damages that might occur after your stay.
  • Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
  • RESERVATIONS DO NOT INCLUDE: Expenses and items not mentioned, including, but not limited to: transportation, tips for personal services, meals, insurance, telephone calls and other items of a personal nature.

Cancellation/Deposit Refund Policy

  • If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire (100%) rental fee.
  • All cancellations must be made by phone (call 855-44-SWEET). Reservations cannot be canceled online.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In this instance, all monies paid to the owner will be refunded. The company is not liable for any other costs incurred by the client.
  • The company is not liable for loss or delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, technical and/or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions, or any other event beyond their control.

  • Each unit offers free parking for one car.
  • Trailer or car hauler parking is strictly prohibited; alternative arrangements can be coordinated through property management.
  • Public parking and a trolley stop at the bottom of the hill provide access to attractions in Pigeon Forge for a fee of $0.50.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • High-speed internet (Wi-Fi) provided.
  • Complimentary amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, and local phone service.
  • Sheets and towels are provided for your stay and cannot be changed out.
  • Washer and dryer are available in the unit. A single-use box of detergent is provided; bring extra if needed.
  • The kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven. Dishes, glassware, pots and pans, toaster, blender, and coffee maker are supplied. For specialty items such as a wok, rice steamer, or crockpot, please bring your own, as these are not provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Clients using the swimming pool or other facilities do so at their own risk. Injury, damage, or loss to the client’s property is the client's responsibility.
  • Tenant assumes all risk of damage to any and all personal property of the Landlord and Tenant, including household furniture and goods during use and occupancy.
  • Tenant assumes all risks associated and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.

Additional Critical Details

  • As a guest, you will receive one free admission daily to select attractions, including Dollywood, Hatfield & McCoy Feud and Dinner Show, and The Pirate Show Dinner Show. This program does not require timeshare presentations or mandatory purchases. Each stay is entitled to one ticket choice per day from a package totaling $1,059 with our partner Xplorie.
  • The resort is located on Plaza Drive between traffic lights 0 and 1, behind Country Tonight in the entertainment district, with easy access to a trolley stop at the main road. Dollywood, softball fields, and The Island are approximately 2 miles away.
